Story Sreeram (Navdeep) is a Merc-driving rich youngster. Sindhu (Poonam) is a middle-class girl with a nagging step mother and a meek father. Sreeram is impressed by Sindhu at the first sight. He gets acquainted with her and helps her out with her problems. In the process, she misunderstands him.
